A low glycemic index breakfast recipe, to avoid the cravings of 10-11 h! Can be conveniently prepared the day before.

Ingredients for 1 person:
- 5 tbsp soup (30 g) oatmeal (no instantaneous type) or buckwheat flakes (gluten -free)
- 2/3 cup (170 ml) of partially skimmed milk or vegetable milk
- 2 tbsp (12 g) of Grenoble nuts
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (accessory)
- 1 tbsp (12 g) of chia seeds
- 1 small banana or other seasonal fruit (150 g) cut into pieces
- 1 Nature Greek yogurt or natural soy yurt
- 1 tbsp soup of almond puree
Preparation
Return oatmeal in a pot with the capacity of a cup (250 ml). Add the milk, nuts, syrup and chia seeds, which will thicken the Gruau.
Close the lid and mix everything while shaking. Open and then add the banana pieces. Close the cover and place a minimum of 4 hours in the refrigerator.
When serving, add the yogurt and almond butter, mix and taste.
