Vietnamese Iced Latte

Ingredients

For 1 glass

  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 g ground Vietnamese coffee
  • 15 cl of boiling mineral water

To serve

  • ice

Preparation

  1. In the bottom of a glass, pour 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk then add about ten ice cubes.

  2. Place a stainless steel filter on the glass with 20 g of ground Vietnamese coffee. Gradually pour in 15 cl of boiling mineral water. Wait for the coffee to flow slowly.

  3. Add a few ice cubes and enjoy, mixing well with a large spoon or reusable straw.
