Ingredients
- 1 kg of zucchini (different colors if possible)
- 250g ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 12 basil leaves
- 100 g of Gex blue

Preparation

Wash and finely slice the zucchini into rounds. Arrange them in a checkerboard pattern in a buttered gratin dish.

Mix the ricotta with the eggs, basil, blue cheese, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper. Pour the mixture into the dish, over the zucchini. Sprinkle with pieces of butter and bake for 50 minutes at 180°/gas mark 6. Serve hot or warm.
