Zucchini gratin with blue cheese from Gex


  • 1 kg of zucchini (different colors if possible)
  • 250g ricotta
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 100 g of Gex blue
  • butter


  1. Wash and finely slice the zucchini into rounds. Arrange them in a checkerboard pattern in a buttered gratin dish.

  2. Mix the ricotta with the eggs, basil, blue cheese, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper. Pour the mixture into the dish, over the zucchini. Sprinkle with pieces of butter and bake for 50 minutes at 180°/gas mark 6. Serve hot or warm.
