Ingredients
- 6 slices of sandwich bread
- 1 carrot
- 100 g of white cabbage
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

a few sprigs of chives

1/2 lemon
- 4 slices of pastrami

a few salad leaves such as rocket or lamb’s lettuce

Preparation

Peel and grate 1 carrot and 100 g of white cabbage. In a salad bowl, mix the grated vegetables, 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of fromage blanc, a few sprigs of chopped chives and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Add salt and pepper.

Assemble each sandwich with 3 slices of sandwich bread: start by spreading the coleslaw, then add 1 slice of pastrami, grated cheddar and a few salad leaves such as rocket or lamb’s lettuce. Arrange the second slice of bread and repeat the operation. Finish with a slice of bread. Cut the sandwiches in half, diagonally.
