Zucchini lasagna with ham

Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 7 cl of liquid cream
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • salt, pepper from the mill

Preparation

  1. Cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise with a mandolin. Cut the ham into pieces.

  2. Line the baking sheet with baking paper, spread the zucchini slices on top, brush them with oil and season.

  3. Bake at 220°C for 25 minutes until the courgettes are grilled, stirring occasionally. Lower the oven to 200°C. Change the baking paper and spread half of the courgettes on top.

  4. Spread the ham over the zucchini. Drizzle with cream, add a little salt and pepper and sprinkle with parmesan. Top with the remaining zucchini and parmesan.

  5. Brown for 5 minutes under the grill.
