Several ways of cooking beets

Since it is easily cooked and in multiple ways, let’s prepare winter recipes with beets. No matter how we consume it, beets is the food that fits into all preparations. It is eaten raw, by grating it or cutting it into cubes, for a crunchy texture. To integrate into a winter salad or to give a nice pink color to a chickpea houmous. For a tender beet, it is prepared in the oven, wrapped in aluminum foil. Once out, we peel it and cut it. Otherwise, it is prepared for steam or with water, peeling it and cutting it beforehand.
