All-purpose spices
No, spices are not just used to flavor our savory dishes. In the fall, they are mainly there to delight our sweet tooth. In a cake, pancakes, a pie, or a cake, they warm up our creations. They blend perfectly with certain seasonal fruits such as apples, pears and grapes, giving them a sweet autumnal flavor. It’s impossible not to think of cinnamon and the famous American cinnamon rolls. This is the emblematic recipe of the season. What are spices used for in a dessert?

They allow you to vary the same recipe endlessly. A pinch or a spoon and the powder does its job.
