When we think of “winter cuisine,” images of flowing cheeses, family dishes with sauce, tender meat, and slow-cooked, lovingly prepared dishes come to mind. Sunday lunch, the most important meal of the week
Mention “Sunday noon” on the fly, and you’ll see faces light up. Indeed, everyone has their own family memories with this important moment of the weekend. For some, it was roast chicken with potatoes, others roast, quiche, or even beef bourguignon. The important thing for this meal is above all the notion of sharing: the chosen dish must be generous, placed on the table, and served without further ado.
