To start the meal gently, we offer long-simmered rabbit rillettes, a real concentrate of flavors with aromas of celery, thyme and white wine. In terms of service, they are presented in individual containers of good quality, the little chic touch that they are usually lacking.

The meal continues with very confit pork with roasted pears. A sweet and sour delight that melts in the mouth, which can be accompanied by small new potatoes, simply steamed.

Even though it requires a little preparation time, the Black Forest, this delight generously covered with chocolate shavings, is the perfect cake to celebrate this special occasion. To garnish with candles, of course!
