Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 vanilla pod
- 200 g dark baking chocolate
- 80 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 80 g brown sugar
- 50 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
Preparation

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, scoop out the pulp and put it in a blender.

Split the vanilla pod in half, remove the seeds and add them to the avocado. Blend until smooth.

Melt the chocolate and butter in pieces in a bain-marie, mixing well.

Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the avocado-vanilla cream and mix again until smooth.

Beat the eggs with the brown sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the avocado-chocolate mixture and mix well. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Butter 6 individual molds and fill them three-quarters full with the mixture. Bake for 10 minutes.
