Roasted feta with grapes, honey and spices

Ingredients

  • 200 g feta
  • 200 g mixed black and white grapes
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) of coriander powder
  • 3 or 4 pinches of smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • bread or breadsticks

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

  2. Drain the feta. Rinse the grapes.

  3. Place the feta in a baking dish. Spread the grapes all around. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with spices. Pepper (be careful with the salt, the feta is already very salty) and pour in the olive oil.

  4. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. Serve with bread or breadsticks.
