Basic egg-free pasta recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g durum wheat flour
  • 100 g of water
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel

Preparation

  1. Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Pour in the water and salt and mix to form a paste. Knead for 5min. The dough should be soft but not sticky.

  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before working on it.
