Ingredients
- 600 g ground beef
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
- 1 peeled onion
- 3 tablespoon(s) of tomato paste
- 1 egg
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 l of tomato sauce

Preparation

Finely slice the onion and garlic. Brown them in a little olive oil with the tomato paste.

In a salad bowl, mix the meat with the beaten egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan and chopped parsley. Add the onion and garlic.

Form balls of approximately 4 cm in diameter. Brown them in a frying pan with a little oil. When they are golden, pour in the tomato sauce. Leave to stew for 15 minutes over medium heat before serving with pasta or rice.
