Ingredients
- 45 g of soft butter
- 60 g brown sugar
- 100g of flour
- 2 g baking powder
- 1 small egg
- 1 pinch of salt

pecans, dark chocolate chips, salted caramel chips, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Beat the butter with the sugar until completely incorporated.

Add flour, baking powder, beaten egg and salt. Mix until smooth. Add pecans, dark chocolate chips and caramel.

Pour the cookie dough into a 16 to 18 cm diameter ovenproof dish or small pan. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes of cooking.
