Ingredients
- 80g dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 120 g of liquid cream
- 120 g of semi-salted butter + a little for the mold
- 220 g flour + a little for the mold
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation

Butter and flour a cake mold, set aside in a cool place. Preheat the oven to 165°C (th. 5-6).

Melt the butter. Beat the eggs with the 150 g of sugar: the mixture should become foamy.
Add the cream, half the melted butter then the sifted flour and yeast. Divide the preparation between two salad bowls. -
Mix the vanilla sugar with one of the preparations.
Melt the chocolate with the remaining butter and mix with the other preparation. -
Pour half of the vanilla mixture into the mold, then half of the chocolate mixture; repeat the operation with the rest of the preparations. With a spoon, go from bottom to top in the dough to create the marbling.

Bake for 50 minutes – the blade of a knife inserted into the marble should come out dry.
