Ingredients
- 300 g of tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 1 organic lime
- 5 cl of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) pomegranate molasses

Preparation

Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Peel and slice the red onion. Deseed the pomegranate. Grate the lime zest and squeeze it to collect the juice. Set aside.

Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the olive oil, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, 1 pinch of salt and pepper.

Divide the tomatoes among small plates or serving bowls.

Place the onions on top, then season with the vinaigrette.

Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and add the lime zest.
