Ham, walnut and stilton salad

Ingredients

  • 100 g roast ham or Paris ham
  • 2 pears
  • 100 g stilton (or other blue cheese)
  • 200 g of lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g of walnut kernels
  • the vinaigrette

  • 1 tablespoon(s) of honey
  • 3 tablespoon(s) of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) of cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Cut the ham into cubes and the pears into thin slices.

  2. Crumble the stilton. Rinse the lamb’s lettuce.

  3. Combine the ham, pears, stilton, lamb's lettuce and walnuts in a salad bowl.

  4. Prepare the vinaigrette. Mix all the ingredients and pour over the salad.
