The New Year’s Eve cocktail recipe: champagne and citrus soup

Preparation: 10 minutes
For 4 people

½ organic orange
½ organic lemon
15 cl of Grand Marnier
5 cl of lemon or orange juice
15 cl of cane syrup
1 bottle of chilled champagne

Cut the ½ lemon and ½ orange into slices.
Mix the Grand Marnier, cane syrup and orange or lemon juice. Add the lemon and orange slices.
Just before serving, pour in the chilled champagne and mix gently.
