My shopping list for the week
At the primeur, we stock up on vegetables: spinach shoots, peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, new potatoes, spring onions, sucrine, pink radishes, garlic, shallots and ginger. We complete with some aromatic herbs : parsley, basil, mint, chives, coriander, rosemary and sage.
On the side of fruitsyou will need strawberries, lemon and lime, without forgetting the rhubarb.
For the fish shopsaithe, cod, natural tuna, and sardines will be necessary.
Side meatwe take lamb shoulder and pork ribs.
For the department dairy products and cheesewe include semi-skimmed and whole milk, cream, Greek yogurt, parmesan, butter and burrata on its list.
At theSweet groceriesthe list is long: sugar, brown sugar, flour, coffee, dried figs, yuzu juice, rose geranium leaves and petals, honey, powdered milk, almonds and chai tea.
Semi-whole rice, glutinous rice, olive oil, breadcrumbs, cider vinegar, turmeric, mustard, coconut milk, eggs and ouzo complete the list forsalty grocery store and thealcohol.
We end with the part bakery with bread and a pre-baked baguette.
