Individual matcha tea and white chocolate marbles

Ingredients

  • 120 g butter + a little for the mussels
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 180 g flour + a little for the molds
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 70 g of white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon(s) matcha tea

Preparation

  1. Butter and flour the molds, set aside in a cool place. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).

  2. Melt the butter. Mix the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is foamy. Add the melted butter, sifted flour and yeast. Pour the mixture into two salad bowls.

  3. Melt the white chocolate and add it to the first preparation. Add the tea powder to the other preparation and mix vigorously.

  4. Divide the two batters into the molds, stirring with chopsticks to achieve the marbling. Bake for 25 minutes – the blade of a knife inserted into the marbles should come out dry.
