Mango crumble


  • 3 mangoes
  • 1 lime
  • 1 vanilla pod

For the crumble

  • 120 g of flour
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 120 g cold butter + a little for the mold
  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).

  2. Peel the mangoes, cut them into pieces and sprinkle them with the lemon juice. Split the vanilla pod, collect the seeds and mix them with the mangoes. Reserve.

  3. In a large dish, mix the flour, sugar and salt. Add the butter cut into small pieces and incorporate everything with your fingertips to form a sandy dough.

  4. Arrange the mangoes in a large buttered dish. Cover the mangoes with batter and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Serve the crumble hot or warm.
