Autumn is here and with it comforting flavors that warm our plates. We are therefore counting on autumn fruits and vegetables, figs, grapes, apples, pears, new carrots or even kale, which provide us with vitamins and energy. We willingly use them in autumn soups, gourmet croque-monsieur and comforting desserts.

My shopping list for the week
This week, at the firstwe slip into his basket of spinach shoots, new carrots, spring onions, kale, salad, potatoes, sweet potatoes, shallots, garlic and onions.
