Fall flavors and delicacies are on the menu for the week.

Your shopping list for the week
At the primeurwe take sweet potatoes, spinach, carrots, cauliflower, radishes, button mushrooms, endives, lettuce, pumpkin, green vegetables, watercress, potatoes, shallots, onions, and garlic.
On the side of herbs aromaticwe put a few sprigs of rosemary, thyme, coriander, parsley and chives in our basket to flavor our recipes.
Grapes, apples, lemons, pears, chestnuts will be necessary for the fruits.
Then stop at the butcher to have chicken, chorizo, smoked bacon and beef cheek.
