This week, we’re still putting the sun on the menu with seasonal fruits and vegetables, and summer recipes, to experience the start of the school year with a smile. Salad, sashimi, granita, gazpacho, rustic tart, semifreddo, pan-fried fruit and sorbet are included.

Your shopping list for the week
For the vegetableswe put in our basket sucrine, radish, celery, zucchini, tomatoes, spinach, eggplant, zucchini, pepper, white and red onions, garlic without forgetting the shallots.
We complete with the aromatic herbs : chives, basil, rosemary, coriander, thyme, parsley, mint, sage and verbena.
Side fruitswe take yellow and green lemons, figs, peaches, oranges, raspberries, watermelon, and vine peaches for the quick Sunday sorbet.
The radius cold cutsyou will need a little ham and chorizo, and at the fish shop sea bream and tuna.
Natural yogurt, parmesan, butter, liquid cream, ricotta, burrata, mozzarella, mascarpone, and halloumi will be available for the dairy products.
If necessary, stock up on flour, sugar, almond powder, flaked almonds, gelatin and fresh yeast, for the pastry shop.
Side grocery storewe stock up on arborio rice, pistachios, pine nuts, hazelnuts, olive oil, white wine and balsamic vinegar, vegetable broth, tahini, nuoc-mâm sauce, lemon curd, olives, can of tuna, paprika , chili pepper, turmeric, oregano, honey and orange blossom water.
For the alcohols and liquidsthis week, you will need limoncello for the lemon granita, white wine, cava, gin, cava, barley syrup and cane sugar to complete.
