Menu of the week: recipe ideas from Monday March 4 to Sunday March 10

Spring is imminent, but that doesn't mean we abandon seasonal fruits and vegetables, and with them the last of winter vegetables. Leeks, cabbage, beets or carrots always bring so much flavor and nutrients to our dishes, so the first spring vegetables are included in our preparations for gourmet combinations. This week, it's time for the first strawberries and asparagus which are finally showing up and it's not to displease us!
