Mini egg burgers

Ingredients

For 10 mini burgers

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 slices of chicken breast
  • 2 slices of Emmental
  • 1 lawyer
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
  • 10 basil leaves
  • sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the eggs for 10 minutes in water. Let them cool, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. Cut the chicken breast and cheese into 10 squares, and the avocado into strips.

  3. Place 1 square of cheese on 1 half of an egg then add 1 square of chicken breast, 1 dash of mayonnaise, 1 basil leaf and 1 slice of avocado.

  4. Cover with the other half of the egg, hold everything together with a toothpick.

  5. Sprinkle the mini-burgers with sesame seeds.
