Scallop tartare with mango and lime

Ingredients

  • 12 scallops
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 lawyer
  • 2 limes
  • 4 sprigs of coriander
  • 4 tablespoon(s) of sesame oil
  • 4 pinches of cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Clean the scallops under cold water and place them on absorbent paper. Peel the mango and avocado.

  2. Cut the mango, avocado and scallops into small cubes. Chop the coriander, squeeze the limes and mix the juice with the sesame oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and coriander.

  3. Mix all the ingredients and serve chilled.
