TIRAMISU Classico

Ingredients

  • 24 spoon cookies
  • 40 cl of strong and not sweet black coffee
  • 4 Blost organic eggs (4 yolks and 2 egg whites)
  • 160 g of brown sugar
  • 300 g of mascarpone
  • 2 cl of coffee liquor
  • 2 cl of amaretto
  • bitter cocoa powder

  • salt

Preparation

  1. Place the spoon cookies in a plate filled with coffee. Let soak.

  2. Separate the yellows from the whites.

  3. Mount 2 egg whites with 1 pinch of salt.

  4. Blanch 4 yellow whisk with the brown sugar. Add the mascarpone, coffee liquor and amaretto.

  5. Very gently incorporate the whites mounted in the preparation. Book this cream.

  6. Place the cookies with a spoon soaked at the bottom of a dish and then cover with a layer of cream.

  7. Repeat the operation by alternating cookies and cream.

  8. Sprinkle with cocoa.

  9. Let stand for 12 noon in the refrigerator.
