Ingredients
- 10 cl of filtered water
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 10 cl of organic sauerkraut juice
- 4 sheets of nori
- 1 dried tomato
- 1 level teaspoon(s) of powdered ginger
- 1 teaspoon(s) of Espelette pepper
- 6 tablespoon(s) chia seeds
- 3 tablespoon(s) of sesame oil
Preparation

Mix the water, soy sauce and sauerkraut juice in a bowl.

Crumble the nori seaweed sheets into the mixture and mix them. Leave to macerate for 1 minute.

Pour the seaweed mixture into a blender with an S-blade, and add the dried tomato and spices. Blend until you obtain a grainy or smooth texture depending on your preference.

Add the chia seeds to the resulting mixture, then leave to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Add the sesame oil before serving.
