Gastronomy at the highest peaks

A breathtaking Pyrenean setting, rolling landscapes, cuisine full of relief… High mountain gastronomy could not find a better place than the Principality of Andorra to deploy its major assets! The first international congress of its kind in Europe, Andorra Taste is renewing its festivities, from September 18 to 22, 2024 and for the third consecutive year, establishing the event as the unmissable meeting place for fine gourmets, professionals and amateurs. You will know everything about high mountain cuisine – its ingredients, its preparations – and you will have a hard time coming back down…

A PROGRAM AT THE SUMMIT

First, it’s time for the congress! From September 18 to 20, the professional days will welcome internationally renowned chefs such as Frédéric Molina, from the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Moulin de Léré, in Haute-Savoie. Conferences to follow free of charge in person or online, upon registration. The Nordic countries being the guest territory of this edition, restaurant industry experts from Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland will explain how this region has managed to place itself on the world gastronomic map.

For the second part of Andorra Taste, the popular days invade the city from September 20 at noon, until the end of the weekend. Open to all, they highlight high mountain gastronomy through culinary shows, open-air tastings offered by around twenty local restaurants, workshops for children, musical entertainment… For five days, there is a gourmet buzz in Andorra!
