Harissa Turnip Salad


  • 4 turnips
  • 2 teaspoon(s) of harissa
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/2 glass(s) of olive oil
  • coriander

  • salt


  1. Thinly slice the turnips with a mandolin.

  2. Mix the harissa, lemon juice, salt and olive oil to make the sauce. Rinse and chop the coriander.

  3. Mix the turnips with the sauce in a salad bowl and add the chopped coriander. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
