Ingredients
- 4 turnips
- 2 teaspoon(s) of harissa

zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 glass(s) of olive oil

Preparation

Thinly slice the turnips with a mandolin.

Mix the harissa, lemon juice, salt and olive oil to make the sauce. Rinse and chop the coriander.

Mix the turnips with the sauce in a salad bowl and add the chopped coriander. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
