As a starter, we opt for a butternut, beetroot and feta carpaccio. To do this, peel and finely slice the vegetables, before distributing everything nicely on one or more plates. Finally, we crumble pieces of feta, and sprinkle with a drizzle of olive oil and pomegranate seeds.
