Ingredients
- 600 g of cauliflower
- 50 g of parsley
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon(s) of turmeric
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon(s) of flour

Preparation

Cut the cauliflower and cook in a large pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Rinse, dry and chop the parsley. Peel and finely slice the onion and garlic cloves.

Brown the onion in a pan with a little oil, then add the turmeric. Leave on medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the cauliflower, parsley, beaten eggs, flour, 2 tablespoons of oil and garlic to the pan. Salt and pepper. Mix everything. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Using a brush, oil a mold of your choice. Pour the mixture in and bake for 45 minutes.

Unmold the koukou gol kala by turning it over onto a plate. Decorate with a few mint or basil leaves.
