Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 cl of olive oil
- 10 g of salt
- 3 g of white pepper
- 3 g of cinnamon powder
- 10 cl of lemon juice

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel and crush the garlic cloves in a small bowl, add the olive oil, salt, pepper and cinnamon.

Brush the chicken with half of this mixture. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm thick slices.

Heat an oil bath to 180°C in a frying pan and fry the potatoes for around 10 minutes. Drain them.

Add the cooked potatoes to the same dish as the chicken, pour 20 cl of water and return to the oven for another 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the lemon juice and the rest of the garlic sauce to the dish. Mix.

Cut the chicken and arrange it with the potatoes on each plate. Serve hot.
