This week’s mission: enjoy!

We still take advantage of winter vegetables in our recipes. Savory winter tarts, comforting cake, cuddly dessert, this week more than ever, indulgence is in order.

What menu for the week?

Your shopping list for the week

This week, we slip into our basket at the primeur kale and Brussels sprouts, salad, sucrines, mixed mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, celery stalk, spinach, potato, leek, white and red onions, shallots and garlic. Without forgetting the aromatic herbs with parsley and chives.

On the side of fruits, we take apples, granny-smith, clementines or blood oranges, yellow and lime. Finally, mango completes the list.

At the Butcher butcherbacon, white ham, Colonnata bacon and chicken breasts are necessary.

For the fish and sausage shophaddock and sardines will be included.

Parmesan, gruyere, mozzarella di bufala, crème fraîche and liquid, ricotta, camembert, whole milk, butter, cream cheese, mascarpone and raclette cheese make up the inventory of dairy products of this last week of the month.

For the game pastry shopwe check our cupboards and supplement if necessary with flour, sugar, almond powder, dried coconut, coconut blossom sugar, white and dark chocolate, oat milk, rose water, vanilla pod and agar -agar.
For the dried fruits and oilseedsyou will need prunes, nuts and raisins.

Side grocery storewe note rice, tagliatelle, penne, olive oil, breadcrumbs, coriander seeds, cinnamon, whole-grain mustard, walnut oil, balsamic vinegar, and biscuits.

If we run out, we stock up eggs.

Finally, country bread and puff pastry complete the story.
