Ham and radish butter sandwich


  • 2 small baguettes
  • 4 fairly thick slices of ham with herbs
  • 80 g of semi-salted butter at room temperature
  • 10 multicolored radishes with their tops


  1. Clean the radishes, remove the rootlet and keep the tops of 7 radishes. Chop the tops and radishes. Wring them out well in absorbent paper.

  2. Using your hands or a fork, mix the butter and the radish tops mince well until well combined. Pepper. Make 2 sandwiches in each baguette. Butter each side of the bread with the radish butter, add 1 slice of ham and enjoy quickly.
