Heat, sun and refreshing recipes are on the menu this week.
In summer, our heart swings between colorful salads and barbecued delicacies, not to mention homemade frozen desserts without an ice cream maker. All around summer fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, melons, strawberries, peaches, or even apricots.

My shopping list for the week
The radius vegetableswe take green, yellow and white zucchini, cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion, cucumber, spring onion, yellow peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, spring onions, zucchini, avocado, sweet green pepper and potatoes. Not forgetting basil, parsley, coriander, mint and verbena for the aromatic herbs.
Don’t forget to stop in the department of fruits, because this week we will need lemons and limes, apricots, melons, strawberries, vine peaches, ending with a pomegranate.
Side seayou will need prawns, sardine fillets, mussels, when on the side earthonly chicken breast and pork ribs will be needed.
The radius dairy productswe will need parmesan, yogurt, whole milk, butter, fresh goat cheese, feta, burrata and whole cream.
For the sweet preparations of the week, we check our cupboards and if necessary we stock up on white and icing sugar, cornstarch, flour, gelatin, grated coconut, chopped oilseeds of your choice (pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts), rosebuds and honey.
Olive and sunflower oil, wine vinegar, pine nuts, bulgur, candied tomatoes, chickpeas, oat milk, short pasta, Kalamata olives, coffee, sweet pickles and mustard will be essential on the side grocery store.
We also stop to take some spices : tonka bean, cumin, paprika, cardamom, cayenne pepper and saffron.
As always, we don’t forget about eggs, useful in baking and very practical for a summer omelette that has it all!
